East Pacific Residence, Shenzhen

Kenneth led the design and project team in the execution of the most high-profile residential project in southern China. The twin residential towers rise to 990 ft and 900 ft. in building height, respectively, and created a new standard in high-rise vertical living style.

City Garden Phase 3C

One of the earliest projects Ken took charge of. A proud and fantastic achievement of its time, and we here at Modus have the desire to participate in residential projects such as City Garden Residentials.
